Account Assets

To create and add Sub-Accounts, perform the following steps: Log in to Phemex.com and hover over your Account name on the top right corner of the page. Click on Sub-Accounts. Click the Add Sub-Account button on the top right side of the page.  

If you have not yet created a Sub-Account, please view How do I create Sub-Accounts? To fund an existing Sub-Account, perform the following steps: Log in to Phemex.com and hover over your Account name on the top right corner of the page. Click on Sub-Accounts. From the list of all your Sub-Accounts, click the Transfer option that corresponds to your target account. From the account drop-down menu, select the source account. From the currency drop-down menu, select the target currency. Enter your desired funding amount and click Confirm.

Phemex provides a Testnet or simulated trading option to help its users learn and become more familiar with the platform with no risks. To sign up for a Testnet account, perform the following steps. Go to Phemex.com and click on Simulated Trading, under the Products drop-down menu of the header. Click Register on the top right corner of the page. Enter your email address and password. Click Continue. You will be sent a verification email and code. Enter it in the next window that appears. Begin trading!

To view your order history for either Spot Trading or Contract Trading, perform the following steps: Spot Trading Log in to Phemex.com and click on Assets on the top right corner of the page. Click on the Spot drop-down menu on the left side of the page. Click on Order History. If necessary, you can sort by Symbol, Order Type, or Status by selecting the option you need from the corresponding drop-down menus. To view your transaction and operations history, perform the following steps: Open the Phemex App and log in to your account. Tap the Assets Icon on right side of the bottom navigation bar . Tap the History Icon on the top-right corner of the page. Tap the Coin drop-down menu to filter data by a specific crypto. Tap Wallet drop-down menu to filter data by a specific type of account. Tap the Type drop-down menu to filter data by a specific type of operation. The information on your screen will update automatically as you select your desired filters.
